Details of the food bank are included to help when you are shopping. If you prefer not to use the collection points in local supermarkets, details of the collection at their warehouse is included at the end of this item.Last week we fed 153 (85 adults 68 children) on 69 vouchers using 1251kgs of food and received in 1095kgs.
Urgently Required: tinned spaghetti, rice, whole UHT milk (blue), jam, macaroni cheese and tinned tomatoes..
Not Required Currently: pasta, biscuits, baked beans, tea, cereal or coffee.
Warehousing: B30 Foodbank Warehouse, is at 17 Castle Rd, Kings Norton Business Park, B30 3HZ. Open same times as the Foodbank 2.30-4.30 on Tue and Fri.
World Day of Prayer
The World Day of Prayer will be celebrated this year at Cambridge Road Methodist Church on March 6th at 2.00pm. The theme of this year’s worship is:-
“Rise! Take Your mat and Walk.”
