Details of the food bank are included to help when you are shopping. If you prefer not to use the collection points in local supermarkets, details of the collection at their warehouse is included at the end of this itemIn the week ending FEBRUARY 29th 2020we fed 141 (93 adults 48 children) on 63 vouchers using 1399kgs of food and received in 849kgs.

Urgently Required: tinned spaghetti, rice, whole UHT milk (blue), jam, macaroni cheese and tinned tomatoes
Not Required Currently: pasta, biscuits, baked beans, tea, cereal or coffee.

Lent Groups

Churches Together in Kings Heath are running Lent Groups start this week as follows:-

Monday Mornings 10.30 (start 9th March) -All Saints

Tuesdays (start 10th March) Evenings- Kings Heath

Wednesday (start 11th March) Evenings. Baptist Church

Thursday Mornings (12th) - St Dunstans

Sensible Precautions

In view of recent advice regarding the risk of contracting coronavirus it is suggested that members of the congregation avoid shaking hands to exchange the Peace during service, but simply say “Peace be with you” to each other.
